Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — COD is available across Bangladesh. You can also pay via bKash or Nagad with manual verification at checkout.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can place a full order as a guest with just your name, phone, and address — creating an account is optional and only used to save your details for next time.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Dhaka Sub Area: 2–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. We'll call to confirm your order before it ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with the Order ID from your confirmation message and the phone number you ordered with.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizing is listed on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll help you pick.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Message us on WhatsApp or phone with your Order ID, the item, and the reason for return or exchange. We'll confirm pickup or drop-off details with you directly.
Size and color exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is out of stock, we'll offer a refund instead.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent to your bKash or Nagad number within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. For bKash/Nagad prepaid orders, refunds go back to the same number used to pay.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Items marked as final sale or clearance, and items damaged through normal wear or misuse, are not eligible for return.

When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address. If you create an account, we also store your email. If you pay via bKash or Nagad, we collect the transaction ID and sender number to verify payment.
We use this information to process and deliver your order, contact you about it, verify payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure the performance of our ads. These tools may use cookies and collect browsing behavior; they do not receive your name, phone, or address.
Order and account data is stored with Google Firebase (our database and authentication provider). Product images are hosted on Cloudinary. We only share the details needed to fulfil an order with our delivery partners.
We retain order records for accounting and support purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.
